People give the ‘thumbs up’ to the hub

The people of Llandaff North have given the ‘thumbs up” to the transformation of the library into a hub.
A public consultation showed strong public approval, said Cllrs Dilwar Ali and Sue White. Final touches are now being made to the exterior design and work is expected to start from next spring.
