***GARDEN WASTE COLLECTIONS***
Garden waste is collected less often in the winter, on a 4 weekly basis. The amount of garden waste collected during October-December drops by 3,500T in comparison to the months of July-September.
This is despite the ‘leaf fall’ period during this time. Therefore, garden waste collection frequency reduces in November.
A winter garden waste calendar will be made available on request to C2C.
It will also be on the website www.cardiff.gov.uk/recycling
You can sign up for one of the free, weekly collection reminders and you will then automatically receive winter garden waste collection dates
