The Council Officer has visited the site of 47 Colwinstone Street to look at the reports of low lying vegetation as well as several trees which appear to be overhanging into the neighbours garden. The lane appears to be in need of a clean and so the Officer have arranged a clearance of the lane through waste Management.
With regards to the trees, there are some branches overhanging, however, they do not appear to be causing a substantial risk to life or property and the Officer will review with the manager to see if it can prioritise this work.
