Important Resident Parking Permit Information
Please note that, due to re-organisations within the Council, on July 1st 2013 the resident permit counter at Room 202 County Hall, Cardiff will close and you will no longer be able to obtain your parking permits in person.
After this date applications to obtain or renew a parking permit are to be made by post only to PO Box 47, Cardiff, CF11 1QB.
Cheques/postal orders for payment should be made payable to ‘Cardiff County Council’.
All applications will be processed on a daily basis and permits will be returned via 1st class mail. You may still apply to renew the permit at any time during the month in which it expires to give the applicant more time.
In the meantime if you have any queries regarding your residents parking scheme or about obtaining/renewing your permit then please contact the Council using one of the following options:-

c) By post:- Po Box 47, CF11 1QB

We are currently developing an on-line application system to replace the counter service and hope to have this operational later this year, we will ensure to keep you updated.
