Gating of the Gulley between Cornelly Close and College Road
Work on the gating of the gulley between Cornell Close and College Road will start on November 9 and is expected to last between two and three weeks.
There have been some small amendments to the original plans:
• The fencing will be reduced alongside 21, Caldy Rd, as there have been some improvements to the property’s side boundary since the original plans were drafted.
• The gates between 37 and 39, Cornelly Close will be installed without the 2m railing returns into the gulley because the walls seem to be of sufficient height to offer a reasonable level of security.
While the work is being carried out, Neighbourhood Regeneration will arrange for padlock keys to go to the adjacent residents and an agreed number to Mr Street for distribution to the management group.
